England are en route to winning this year’s Euros after seeing off Croatia.
England are currently unbeaten in this year’s tournament, which is being played this year because it wasn’t played last year.
Sports expert Darrell Dupper told WalesOnCraic:
“We’ve seen what England can do and we can now say with confidence that they’ll be lifting the trophy this year. It’s our time. We won the World Cup in 1966 and we are very much overdue to lift another trophy. All we need to do is win the rest of our games, which we will, and bring the title home, where it belongs. If I was Gareth [Southgate], I’d give all the lads the rest of the week off as they’ve already got this in the bag.”
The England team face Scotland next, two teams from the UK. Wales meanwhile, are also still unbeaten, having won 1-1 against Switzerland.
