A patch of blue sky has been spotted over South Wales.
Several eyewitnesses say that the blue sky was ‘up there’ and moving across the country.
Farmer Henry Gubbins told WalesOnCraic:
“It was just at daybreak that I set out down the field to round up all the lambs that I was going slaughter this morning. I stepped outside the house and I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was as if there were no clouds or nothing. I had to sit down for a minute. It was like looking at some kind of weather phenomenon that you rarely see. I was going to take a photo of it but then I remembered that I had to go and kill all my lambs so I went down and did that instead.”
Milkman Barry Float said:
“I saw it fleetingly as I was delivering cream to Mrs Jones and then again when I was popping in to see Mrs Davies. And then again when I was catching up with Mrs Harris and then again when I popped in to see Mrs Williams.
