A bodybuilder from Earth has won this year’s Mr Universe title again, meaning that an entrant from Earth has won every title since the competition first began.

Edward ‘The Lump’ WideThighs won the title after standing on a stage and showing off his enormous muscles.

He later told WalesOnCraic:

“It was great. All I had to do was stand on stage in a small pair of speedos and flex my huge muscles. I’m glad that I’ve won because I’m proud to represent my planet. Earth is such a wonderful place.”

Entrants from other planets and solar systems were decidedly under-represented this year, with zero contestants entered into this year’s competition.

“I don’t know why they can’t get their act together and send some lads over,” said competition organiser Arnie Asteroid. “It’s a great competition - the winners get a speedboat and a nice box of Blue Nun so if they can’t be bothered to make the effort to compete, that’s their loss.”

This year’s competition was the biggest yet, despite the lack of representation from anyone other than Earth.
