Welsh football fans have been stocking up on Birra Moretti ahead of tonight’s Euros final.
Some Welsh fans have even taken to adding additional vowels to their names to make themselves sound more Italian.
Football fan Terrio Jonesio told WalesOnCraic:
“I’ll be sitting down to watch the game tonight but I do hope that they cut out the diving. I heard that both teams have been practising their diving game over the last few days. If I wanted to watch diving, I’d turn over to watch Tom Daley.
“I’ve stocked up on Birra Moretti and I know that a few of the lads from down the pub have also stocked up on it. There’s not much left in the shops although there’s shitloads of Carling left on the shelves.”
England take on Italy this evening in the tournament final. They secured their place in the final with the help of lasers and a dodgy penalty. Welsh fans have been told not to cry salty tears about not progressing past the last 16 stage.
