Most of Wales is recovering from a massive banging session last night.
Many people shared their banging sessions on social media overnight.
Ethel Grimgrits from Cardiff, told WalesOnCraic:
“It was on the cards for a while now. Over the last few days especially, I could feel it building up and up. It got to a point last night where I could hardly breathe. Eventually, it had to give and by nightfall, there was banging all over my village. Everyone came out of their houses to join in and it went on for hours. By midnight, we were mostly done and I felt such a sense of relief. I fell asleep with a big smile on my face.”
Many residents are expecting further banging sessions over the next few days.
“I’m happy to have more,” said Ethel. “Bring. It. On.”
