UK exports 2,000 women driver jokes to Saudi Arabia

UK exports have seen a dramatic rise in the last few days after 2,000 women driver jokes were exported to Saudi Arabia.

The jokes form part of an export package that also includes jokes about David Lloyd George and King George V.

A spokesman for the UK government told WalesOnCraic:

“The UK has long been a world leader in female driver jokes. We have a great tradition here where women laugh at our hilarious women driver jokes and we are proud that we now share these with our ally Saudi Arabia. I myself am looking forward to seeing people falling about laughing when they hear what we’ve got to say. The 2,000 jokes will be part of a package that also includes jokes relevant to the earl 20th century. We like to look after our good friends in the Middle East so we thought we’d also pop in some Great British Bake Off DVDs.”

A Saudi female driver who didn’t want to be named said that the first thing she was going to do was drive to a neighbouring country.

“I’m going to jump into my Austin Allegro and drive like a bastard.”

Up until the announcement that Saudi Arabia is lifting a ban on female drivers, the country has had one of the highest rates of car accidents in the world.
