Swansea granny ‘delighted’ with Amazon’s Easter Rabbit mix up

A grandmother from Swansea has happily taken delivery of an Amazon delivery that wasn’t for her.

Townhill’s Gaynor Throbbon ordered a 1ft Easter bunny but got a 12 inch rampant rabbit instead.

She told WalesOnCraic:

“I’d been on the shandy a few nights ago and I knew that I had to order a few bits and bobs for Easter. I was using the Amazon app on my phone and my eyesight was a bit skew-whiff to be honest. I saw the words 12 inch rabbit and I clicked ‘Buy Now’. I was planning on putting it in my front window to entertain the kids. But when I took delivery of the package, I was shocked to find a giant cock inside, and I’m not talking Piers Morgan. This boy was a sight for sore eyes, I can tell you. I thought about sending it back for all of half a second and then decided that I’d use it later. I went down to Kwik Save and bought two bottles of Blue Nun and then bought Fifty Shades of Grey off the telly. I was there for 7 hours. Amazon couldn’t have given me a better Easter present. I know where I’ll be spending my Good Friday.”
