A search party has been sent out to try and find 2019’s Welsh summer.
Summer disappeared last week and hasn’t been seen since.
Ken Thicklog, who is heading up the search party told WalesOnCraic:
“It was right here in my garden this time two weeks ago. I was sat here in my lounger with just me kegs on and my wife had her massive baps out. Then. All of a sudden, it’s gone. Just like that. I phoned 999 because that’s what you do in an emergency and they just cut me off. I went to find my local MP but I had no idea who it was so then I went to the local newspaper to see if they could help me. They were very helpful there and suggested that I go away with a search party and to come back in a few years time. I then went down the pub and got a few of my mates to come along. I took John because I know he has binoculars because he used to use them to look at Mrs Goggins getting changed in the house behind his.”
The search party has so far looked in the car park of Tesco in Caerphilly but will be looking to expand their operation today.
“We might go the garden centre today. It might be there,” said Thicklog.
