Prince William had the honour of pleasure of meeting the Prince of Wales, Gareth Edwards, at Buckingham Palace yesterday.
William met Gareth Edwards as the Welsh rugby legend was knighted for being so f*cking awesome.
Prince William told WalesOnCraic:
“The boy’s a legend. What more can one say? If one wasn’t a posh English lad, one would definitely be Welsh because of this man. As it is, one is orf to watch our cheps thrash the Fijians.”
Edwards added:
“Obviously, we went out there today and obviously, the lads gave it 100% and obviously, we’ll take the positives from this game and obviously, we’ll take one game at a time and obviously yeah…what? Prince William? Was he there? Oh. I didn’t notice.”
Edwards is now on standby to play for Wales in the Rugby World Cup if there are further injuries to the current squad members.
