A teenager from Newport has fixed a spoiler to his Vauxhall Corsa in case his car reaches 50mph.
Darren Clearasil said that he didn’t want his supercar becoming airborne at high speeds.
He told WalesOnCraic:
“What it is, I’ve got this banging Vauxhall Corsa. It’s my mum’s really but she’s away for several months so I’m borrowing her car just to run around from car park to car park. I’ve managed to get my hands on this badass spoiler that I’ve stuck on the roof of the car. The car rattles and shakes when it goes over 40mph and I’m worried that it’s going to become airborne. My mate’s stuck the spoiler on the roof which will keep the car stuck to the road like glue when I goes bombing down the M4 to McDonalds. I’ll probably have to take it back off when my mum comes back home cos she uses the car to go to bingo.”
