Bargoed Woman Watches Living Room Paint Dry While Mayweather Beats Pacquiao

A woman from Bargoed has stayed up all night to watch some paint dry as Floyd Mayweather emerged victorious from the most lucrative fight in history, beating Manny Pacquiao in Las Vegas.

Sheila BroadArse used a 3 litre tin of Magnolia Silk to add a new tone to her living room while the rich American boxer beat the pauper with a bardy shoulder from the Philippines.

She told WalesOnCraic:

“I paid £300 to watch the fight but after waiting up till half four, I decided to crack open a tin of Magnolia Silk. It had been on offer down Kwik Save and I thought my husband Dave might like it. So I painted the room and then I sat down for another few hours to watch it dry. It was quite interesting because I thought that the bit I painted first would have been the first part to dry but it wasn’t – it was the bit above the radiator, which I did second. I guess the warmth from the radiator dried it and it was the corners that seemed to take the longest to dry. I’m glad I stayed up to watch it.”

Husband Dave added:

“The house stinks of paint now. Can you do me a cooked breakfast please love?”

A-listers in the crowd in LA to watch the boxing match included H from Steps, Timmy Mallet and the ginger one off Coronation Street.
