Disgraced Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson is set to become a Zumba teacher in Barry after being kicked off the popular BBC show.
Clarkson, who is 8ft tall and still growing, was reportedly sacked for punching a producer in a face with a steak. Barry Zumba teacher Giles Smallballs told WalesOnCraic:
“I’m in with all the celebs so I phoned him up after I saw him on the news and offered him a slot at my Zumba class that I run at Coconuts Softplay on Tuesday afternoons. Jeremy said that he’d be delighted to join the ‘crazy club’ and he’ll be running the Zumba classes for very tall people after I’ve done my classes. I’ll be putting an advert in the Barry & District tomorrow.”
Clarkson is allegedly a big Zumba fan after a newspaper photographer followed him into a shop and snapped pictures of him buying pink leg warmers.
“I can’t wait for Jeremy to start,” said Giles. “The girls will love him. OMG I’m so excited, I think a little bit of wee came out then. He can turn up in his big Range Rover and make our classes look like they’re frequented by real big superstars.”
