Glenn Medeiros to refilm ‘Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love For You’ on Barry Island beach

80s megastar Glenn Medeiros is to re-shoot his one hit wonder on a South Wales beach.

Glenn will re-film ‘Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love For You’ on Barry Island beach next month.

He told WalesOnCraic:

“I’ve always wanted to remake this music video as I was never happy with my hair in the original one. Barry Island is the perfect spot to re-shoot this video too because as well as its tropical beaches and brown daffodils, you can head up to Boofy’s for a bag of chips and a coffee afterwards. We start filming in May as that’s when dogs are banned from the beach – the last thing I want in my new music video is two random dogs shagging in the background. We’ll also be looking out for a new girl for me to star with too as the original girl has declined to feature in this one. We’ll be visiting local nursing homes to see if anyone’s up for it. A pink dress will be provided.”

Glenn first shot to fame in 1988 with his hit. He has since become a teacher in Hawaii and sings ‘Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love For You’ at assembly every morning.

“We love Glenn,” said one of his pupils. “But we love him for his mind, not just his looks,” she added.
